UPDATE
The Aruba Beach Club website www.arubabeachclub.net now has over 300 weeks for sale. Weeks are listed under resales. We do not know for sure if these include ALL of the club owned weeks for sale or not. However, if you were looking for a particular week not available in the past it may now be on the list for sale. The resales list is more current than the following weeks list that were listed in the lobby in early January.

This is a list that we have hand copied from the display in the club lobby.
We asked for a list of these 240 plus weeks and were not given one---on evening of Jan 3 these weeks listed here were on the moving display in the lobby as ABC Owned weeks for sale. These are as of Jan 12 not on the official club resale site. We have been given no explanation other than the person responsible for posting is on vacation. It would be difficult to believe that this many weeks suddenly became available due to foreclosure in January since these weeks are included in the 240 or so mentioned in the contract. There are today 181 weeks for sale on the club resales site. The TOTAL OF ALL WEEKS on display is 181 plus 55 --total 236 That assumes that NONE of the weeks on the club site are Member Owned. We have asked for a complete list of club owned weeks involved in this sale but have NOT been given such.

When you look at these weeks you can clearly see these are not just LOW SEASON undesirable weeks that is a win/win for us to get rid of at 50% on the dollar to ONE business person!!!!!
