This site is striving to inform the members of the information obtained and events surrounding the current Board proposal to sell a bulk unit of weeks to a company called "Universal Aquisitions and Mergers".
This site is still under construction but there is a lot of information here please read it all including the forum threads and please post your thoughts on what is missing from this website and what info needs to be updated as we are really busy on multiple fronts and may miss something---please check back often as information will be posted as fast as possible--daily if possible.
This organization of ABC members is agressively pursuing all paths available to STOP this proposed sale including asking all members to vote NO in the future on the proposed sale!!! We were successful in blocking the Board's first attempt . However, the board is planning to re-submit this for another vote very soon. We believe the membership wants a totally different approach to selling these units including offering them first to members at the same 50% discount offered in this proposed buyout!!!!! So far everyone who has read the proposed contract for sale emphatically objects to it.
