The board DID NOT respond in writing to anything we asked for, in fact our lawyer only got a phone call after their requested extension---- saying the board was NOT going to give anything we asked for----beyond the letter of the by-laws to which they have delayed us several days for everything they have given us and with much stonewalling . to date only the names addresses and voting shares of the members. We hope the word is spreading and that those who have not voted yet or have not received their ballots will do so by fax.
It seems on the surface very strange such extreme effforts are being taken to make it difficult.
We will proceed with legal action and all legal remedies available to hold this board accountable for this action and inaction concening valid requests from members.
We have hundreds of members joining us so far and the list is growing daily.
